Hi, I am Amanda. I am an HR administrator here at T&R Frameworks. I have been here since March of 2024 and love what I do. I really enjoy being able to talk to people on a daily basis and offer an opportunity of a lifetime. I live here in Southern California and am a proud wife and mother of 4 children, ranging from ages 20 to 4, and also have a young grandchild. My goal in the business is to grow into more of an organizational manager role and continue to be a business partner to our outstanding head manager, Esteban! My personal goal is to purchase a beautiful home on a nice piece of land for my family to grow and thrive.

Jesus grew up in a close-knit Hispanic household but made the tough choice to move away from family to chase his business dreams. Known for his unwavering loyalty and quiet strength, he never complains and tackles every challenge head-on. Life’s thrown him serious obstacles, but his relentless hustle keeps him focused on one goal: retiring his mom. Jesus’s journey and determination inspire everyone in the office to level up and never settle.
Jose is a powerful example of transformation and determination. Growing up in tough circumstances, he never imagined he’d become a professional — but through hard work and focus, he turned his life around. Now, driven by the desire to win for his two daughters, Jose brings grit, passion, and an unshakable commitment to the team every day.
I was previously pursuing what I thought was my dream. I didn’t finish pursing that dream, Playing division 1 football at Utah Tech University. Transitioning into a work aspect I was looking for the same traits football brought out of me. Toughness , personal growth , and consistently moving up the ladder. I came across t&r frameworks ever since I feel in love. I feel it’s a place I enjoy waking up and going to. A place I look forward to being. A place I see Myself in the manager position. What keeps me here is the daily challenges it has me managing. The growth that this environment constantly brings and the positive energy.

My name is Rosario, I also go by Chayo. Before starting at T&R Frameworks I was a preschool teacher for 8 years. I grew as much as I could in the field but I felt stuck. While working in education I was also working in fast food as a manager, but I was also stuck in that position and couldn’t grow. What brought here is the fact I can grow not only in the business but in my personal life too. I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to work here and grow in the company because my main goal is to get into management to have the lifestyle I want. To give back to my parents and give them the lifestyle they deserve as well.
